Legal & Risk Services act for all the Trusts and Local Health Boards in Wales. It has specialist experience, knowledge and an understanding of the legal, administrative, and policy issues which affect the operation of NHS Wales.
Its core work of clinical negligence and general advice is not directly charged to clients. Other legal work, including personal injury and employment, is charged at cost.
