PURPOSE OF THE COMMITTEE
The prime purpose of the committee is that it will provide a forum to liaise with the Hywel Dda LHB regarding the planning and development of, or proposals for changes to, the delivery of health services within its geographic area of responsibility. There is a statutory requirement for the LHB to engage in this manner, and at the earliest opportunity, regarding all aspects of development, change or variation to services.
