Are you an armed forces veteran? Are you experiencing anxiety related conditions or stress which are making it difficult to return to civilian life?
The All Wales Veterans Health and Wellbeing Service is part of the NHS with local therapists who understand what you're going through and may be able to help by talking through your problems and offering support and psychological treatment. You can speak to them in confidence and many veterans have already benefited.
Veterans Therapists - Vanessa Bailey and Max Bergmanski are based in Talygarn, County Hospital, Griffithstown. They also run out reach-clinics in Caerphilly and South Powys.
