What you can expect from your Health Service

The Health & Social Care Guide for Wales sets out what you can expect from your Health Service. This document replaces the previous Patients Charter, published in 1996, which was restricted to only health issues.
Information on various topics is provided within the guide, as well as your statutory rights in regards to Health and Social Care.
