The Board of Community Health Councils in Wales responds to consultations on any subject that might affect the circumstances, health and well being of patients and the public.
In order to do this, the Board needs to identify the groups of patients and public who are affected by the consultation in order to gain their views which are then used to inform the Board's response or the collective response of CHCs in Wales.
