Due to low usage figures, it is proposed that these contract are not renewed to allow other ‘Point of Care’ tools to be considered. -

The problem stems from a change introduced by the team responsible for national infrastructure. This has caused major difficulties with internet access and other services of which the NHS e-library is one. -
