Powys Sexual Health Survey

An on-line survey for users of sexual health services in Powys hopes to help make improvements to the services they provide.

Sexual Health is an important issue and it is essential that the services provided are right for those that need them. Sexual health services are provided at both GUM clinics and GP practices.  Over the last few years Powys teaching Health Board has made changes to these services, and is more to be done. This survey aims to collect the opinions of those that have used these services to ensure that further improvements can be made.

If you have ever used a sexual health service in Powys, or visited your GP with a sexual health related issue, they want to hear from you.
