'Becoming an Outstanding Leader' 24-28 June 2013 University of Wales, Trinity St David, Lampeter.
Wales Public Service Summer School is an immersive residential learning programme where approximately 250 people from across the public and third sector in Wales come together each year. The over arching theme for Summer School this year is “Becoming an Outstanding Leader”. Summer School is aimed at senior managers and leaders from across the Welsh public and third sector, who influence and shape the delivery of our services and who are engaged in leading change.
Building on the theme of Outstanding Leadership, Summer School 2013 will explore the attributes and qualities which contribute to becoming an outstanding leader and provide some of the essential tools and technologies to support the development journey.
