MS Nurse Nominated for award for transforming care

A nurse based at the Royal Gwent Hospital is one of three nominations in the UK for the MS Society Professional of the Year 2012....

Emma Horton is a lead Multiple Sclerosis Specialist Nurse and has been nominated for her work with MS patients across the Aneurin Bevan Health Board.
