![]() | Cwm Taf Health Board has recently been awarded £275’000 ESF grant monies to fund an Integrated Transport Project. The project, named Transforming Transport, is a priority goal of the Joint RCT-Merthyr Tydfil Local Service Board and it aims to improve Non-Emergency Patient Transport throughout Rhondda Cynon Taf and Merthyr Tydfil by bringing together the best elements of the existing framework to work in synergy for the first time to create a fully integrated Health and Social Care Transport System.
