Infection Control training videos for Care Homes:
The ‘S.T.O.P’ campaign aims to improve patient care, experience and safety by ensuring patients are only fitted with either a cannula (a device in the hand or arm to give medication or fluids) or urinary catheter when it is essential. It also ensures the devices are monitored to reduce the risk of infection, and that they are removed when no longer needed.
