Jane Hutt announces the appointment of members to the Wrexham area committee of Clwyd community health council
The appointment of one Community Health Council Member to the Clwyd (Wrexham) Community Health Council was announced by the Minister for Health and Social Services, Jane Hutt.
Mr Hugo Gordon-Sharp
Mr Gordon-Sharp lives in Wrexham. He is currently a Probate Manager for a local solicitor’s and was previously Vice-Chairman of Salford CHC before moving to the Wrexham area. He has also had experience as a welfare rights adviser.
Mrs Joan Deverell
Mrs Deverell lives in Wrexham and is a wheel-chair user. She has previously served as a Non-Officer member of the Wrexham Local Health Group, and has strong links within the community including the Girl Guides and as a local school governor.
Note:
Community Health Council members do not receive a remuneration. The appointments have been made until 31 March 2008.
