This section of the Hywel Dda Health Board internet site is dedicated to Written Control Documents. This includes Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, Protocols, Strategies and Toolkits. General references to ‘policies’ throughout these pages should be read to include any or all of the six categories. This page contains all documents that are defined as open documents for Freedom Of Information classification purposes.

Clinical documents are only available to staff members. If you are a member of staff please access our clinical policies page via the Health Boards Intranet site, which can be accessed via the staff homepage.
If you are not a member of staff but you would like to access one of our clinical documents please submit a Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. The process for this is explained on our FOI page.
