This Healthy Wednesday we are celebrating the Olympics by supporting Games4Life, the latest campaign from Change4Life Wales.
Games4life provides loads of ideas to get you up and about and active through the summer and beyond.
Just fill in the online questionnaire, a few questions for adults and some for the kids and then you will be sent a free personalised action plan, full of great activity ideas, games and tips. There’s a plan for adults and separate ones for the kids.
It’s recommended that children are active for at least 60 minutes a day and adults for 150 minutes a week. Active minutes are the ones that really get our hearts pumping – helping us to feel good and strengthening our hearts and bones too.
Change4Life is all about encouraging people to make small, easy steps towards a healthier and happier life.
