If you cannot keep your hospital appointment, please contact us so that your slot can be used for another patient.
Please call as soon as possible the clinic appointment clerk at the hospital on the telephone number provided in your appointment letter or contact us by email as follows:

Each outpatient appointment costs the Health Board up to £150.00. If you miss an appointment and don’t tell us in advance, we can’t re-use this money and patients have to wait longer for an appointment.
You may wait longer or be referred back to your GP if you fail to let us know.
