Our e-greetings service has been designed to allow family and friends to send messages by e-mail to patients during their stay in hospital. E-greetings can be sent to the three acute hospitals at any time and will be delivered between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm from Monday to Friday - excluding bank holidays.Every effort will be made to deliver e-greetings as soon as possible however, depending upon when the message is sent delays may occur and delivery can not always be guaranteed on the same day. For clinical reasons it may not be possible to deliver messages to patients in certain areas of the hospitals.
