


Welcome to the web pages of Caia Park Health Team. We are a team of Health Improvement Practitioners and a Support Worker who provide additional health support to those people in and around Caia Park , Wrexham.
The team looks to tackle health and wellbeing issues in a preventative way, empowering and supporting people to reduce the risks of future health issues.
We are a community based team that address issues identified by the Caia Park community as well as using evidenced based public health research.
Any member of the community is welcome to contact us regarding health concerns but should be aware that we do not provide any clinical services on site, although we can direct them to appropriate local or county wide services.
