Equality Diversity & Human Rights

Equality, Diversity & Human RightsWe have developed our first Strategic Equality and Human Rights Plan 2012 - 2016.  This Plan was approved by our Board for publication on the 22nd March 2012 and describes how we will continue to make progress in advancing equality. This replaces the former Single Equality and Human Rights Scheme.
The new Plan has been developed by engaging with our staff and stakeholders; members of the public across North Wales, Community Health Councils and Voluntary Service Councils.

The Plan sets out how we will deliver our Equality Objectives which were developed jointly with other public sector organisations across North Wales. The objectives evolved during extensive engagement and consultation with all our stakeholders. Further details of this engagement and the development process, including the evidence that informed the development of the objectives, can be found on subsequent pages by using this link Our Collaboration with North Wales Public Sector Partners

We would like to thank everyone who helped shape this work.
