Careers Information for nationals of the European Economic Area

Training in the UK

This information is for those wishing to train as a nurse or other health professional in the UK who have European Economic Area citizenship.  For information on acceptable entry qualifications either visit the university's website or the UCAS website.
 
Most European citizens are not eligible for a bursary during UK training.  Exceptions to this are detailed in the 'Introduction' section in the Financial Help for Healthcare Students in Wales booklet. For individual advice please contact either the university or the NHS Student Awards Unit, please click here for details. 
 

To study or work in Wales as a qualified Nurse or Midwife

To work in Wales as a qualified Allied Health Professional or Health Care Scientist
