
The role of the Leadership & Organisational Development Directorate is to support existing leaders and develop leadership talent within NHS Wales. This is critical to meet the challenges of the strategic change agenda and deliver the service change and development required to modernise the NHS in Wales.
The leadership agenda is wide-ranging, involving leaders at all organisational levels and incorporating all professions and disciplines.
