Making a Complaint
MAKING A COMPLAINT
If you feel you need to make a complaint to the practice about the service you have been provided with the following need to be adhered to:-

A patient or representative should register a complaint within 6 months of becoming aware of the incident giving rise to a complaint or within 12 months of the incident - whichever is sooner.

A complaint will be acknowledged by the practice within 2 working days.

Any patient making a complaint will be issued with a copy of the complaints procedure.
