Dr Donald Berwick KBEProfessor Donald M. Berwick KBE, President and CEO, Institute for Healthcare Improvement, Boston
Professor Berwick is also a Clinical Professor of Paediatrics and Health Care Policy at the Harvard Medical School. In 2005 he was named Honorary Knight Commander of the British Empire for his work with the National Health Service. He serves on the Institute of Medicine Council.

Sir Ian Carruthers is the former Acting Chief Executive of the NHS in England and the Acting Director of Commissioning at the Department of Health. He has forty years experience in the NHS, and has spent much of that time working at Chief Executive level.

Mr Marr has had a long and varied career in the National Health Service, including time spent on the ‘front line’ as a qualified Nurse. He has formerly been Head of Patient Services for Greater Glasgow Health Board, and Director of Performance and Planning for the NHS in Scotland.
