Disabled Facilities

Both premises have wheelchair access which is suitable for disabled patients. There is an adapted toilet available for patients' use as required.  West Cross Medical centre also has allocated disabled car parking spaces for use by blue badge holders.

To assist patients with hearing difficulties induction loops are available for use in the consultation rooms.  Large print leaflets and practice booklets are available on request.  Please let us know if you are disabled and require any help.
