Public Health Wales report on the uptake of routine childhood immunisations nationally each quarter through the Quarterly COVER report. Annual uptake statistics for routine childhood immunisation, covering the April to March year are reported in the Annual COVER report. Quarterly and Annunal COVER reports summarise uptake of childhood immunisation at national level, Health Board level and Local Authority level.
