Universal Standards Document

During the course of developing the standards documents for the various specialised services, it became apparent that there were certain key actions which were generic and should apply to all specialised services for children and young people.
These generic standards comprise the Universal Standards document which was published for consultation with the first tranche of consultation documents. 
Every document of standards for each of the specialised services should be read in conjunction with the Universal Standards. 
The Universal Standards have evolved throughout the project with each Specialised Service EWG identifying further key actions which should be universal. 
The final document can be found at the link below and should be read in conjunction with the specialised service documents when providing consultation responses.
