4. How we make decisions

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership - Facilities Services Management Team meets on a monthly basis and develops the strategy for the organisation and monitors business objectives. In addition a Team Briefing process operates which incorporate issues arising from the monthly management team meetings. Staff are also involved in a wide variety of working groups and informal teams working within the organisation.
