This email is to remind you of the procedure for application for study days:

Dear Trainee

This email is to remind you of the procedure for application for study days:
  1. Application form for the relevant study day is filled out and sent to Deborah Jenkins (together with fee if applicable)
  2. Application for study leave is done through Intrepid/Health Board

These two procedures are NOT linked together.
