Newid i’r Trwsiwr Cymeradwy ar gyfer Gwasanaeth Ystum Corff a Symudedd Gogledd Cymru / Change to the Approved Repairer for North Wales Posture & Mobility Service

Mae’r Contractwr sy’n gyfrifol am ddanfon, casglu, trwsio a chynnal a chadw cadeiriau olwyn a chyfarpar eraill a roddir gan y Gwasanaeth Ystum Corff a Symudedd Gogledd Cymru yn newid./ From August 1st the approved repairer for the North Wales Posture and Mobility Service is changing.

Mae’r Contractwr sy’n gyfrifol am ddanfon, casglu, trwsio a chynnal a chadw cadeiriau olwyn a chyfarpar eraill a roddir gan y Gwasanaeth Ystum Corff a Symudedd Gogledd Cymru yn newid.

 

O’r 1^af o Awst 2011 bydd ein trwsiwr cymeradwy yn newid o Serco i Rosscare. Mae Ross Care yn gwmni sefydledig o fewn y maes Gwasanaethau Adsefydlu yn gweithredu yng Nglannau Mersi, Manceinion a Leeds.   Mae gan Ross dros 40 mlynedd o brofiad yn delio gydag anghenion defnyddwyr cadeiriau olwyn.

 

Dylech gysylltu â Ross Care yn uniongyrchol os bydd angen trwsio eich cadair olwyn.  Mae’r gwasanaeth a ddarperir yn wasanaeth trwsio / cynnal a chadw ond nid yw’n cynnwys gwasanaeth arferol blynyddol i’ch cadair olwyn, oni bai eich bod yn cael eich hysbysu i’r gwrthwyneb.  

 

 

Rydym yn falch o ddweud na fydd newid i gyfeiriad y depo na’r rhif cyswllt ar gyfer defnyddwyr gwasanaeth sy’n gofyn am gael trwsio neu gasglu cadair olwyn  – bydd yn aros yr un fath sef 01352 744640.

Byddwn yn cysylltu â phob defnyddiwr gwasanaeth trwy lythyr yn eu hysbysu o’r newid hwn.

 

Er mwyn rheoli’r newid o un contractwr i un arall, bydd gwasanaeth gostyngol yn yr wythnos cyn ac ar ôl y 1^af o Awst, ond disgwyliwn i’r gwasanaeth ddychwelyd i normal yn fuan iawn wedyn.  Bydd ceisiadau am waith trwsio brys yn parhau i dderbyn ymateb trwy gydol y cyfnod hwn.

 

 

The Contractor responsible for the delivery, collection, repair and maintenance of wheelchairs and other equipment issued by the North Wales Posture and Mobility Service is changing.

 

From the 1^st August 2011 our approved repairer will change from Serco to Rosscare. Ross Care is an established company within the field of Rehabilitation Services with operations at Merseyside, Manchester and Leeds.  Ross has over 40 years experience in dealing with the needs of wheelchair users.

 

You should contact Ross Care directly if you require a repair to your wheelchair. The service provided is a repair / maintenance service but does not include an annual routine service of your wheelchair, unless you are advised to the contrary.

 

 

We are pleased that there will be no change to the address of the depot or the contact number for service users requesting a repair or collection of a wheelchair – it will remain 01352 744640.

We will be contacting all service users by letter informing them of this change.

 

In order to manage the changeover from one contractor to another, there will be a slightly reduced service in the week before and after the 1st August, but we expect service to return to normal very quickly afterwards. Emergency repair requests will continue to be responded to throughout this period.
