We are inviting practitioners to submit abstracts for plenary presentations, parallel sessions and poster presentations around the following example topic areas:
  • Topic Area 1: ‘Meeting the needs of bilingualism and multilingualism in sexual health information’
  • Topic Area 2: ‘Innovations in new media for sexual health’
  • Topic Area 3: ‘Providing sexual health information for people with sensory disabilities’
  • Topic Area 4: ‘Communication tools and techniques for diverse populations’
  • Topic Area 5: ‘Public engagement in developing sexual health initiatives’
  • Topic Area 6: ‘The challenges of internet abuse: ‘sexting’, chatrooms and social networking’
  • Topic Area 7: ‘Traditional media and sexual health’
  • Topic Area 8: ‘Resources for practitioner learning and development in sexual health’
(Suitable abstracts will also be considered for topic areas not addressed by the above list)

Please send your completed submission form to sexualhealth.network@wales.nhs.uk. The deadline for submissions is Friday 23rd November 2012 and all submissions will be reviewed by the All Wales Sexual Health Network Advisory Board’s Conference Planning Sub-Group.
