I can now announce the next TWOGS training day will be on Tuesday 19th June. We have managed to arrange an excellent day with a professional Outdoor Adventure company.

The idea of the day is to improve team working and leadership skills. These skills are extremely important in our specialty and do feature in the logbook also. It promises to be a fantastic day - you will not be disappointed.

We have had to move the date to fit in with other courses so apologies if you have already booked S/L. Get your S/L requests in now. By the way if you are experiencing persistent problems with getting study leave for training days please inform your local TWOGS rep and your royal college tutor also. I have noticed from emails that a lot of the days are receiving low number of applicants. Please do make the most of these days that are organised purely for you the trainee's benefit.

If you are worried about getting there then we may well be organising a mini-bus from cardiff (for a small charge)
