Eye Care

Eye Care Services in Wales are delivered in one of four ways:

• Through an eye examination funded as part of a General Ophthalmic Services Sight Test
• Via a private eye examination, funded by the patient
• As an additional or supplementary WECI examination funded by the Welsh Assembly Government
• Via a Wales Low Vision Examination, where appropriate
