Welcome to the Mount Surgery Practice Website

Mount Surgery is a five GP partner practice, serving the population of Port Talbot, South Wales. Our practice area covers approximately the SA12 & SA13 postcode areas of Port Talbot, Margam, Taibach, Goytre, Sandfields and Aberavon.

Our practice population of approximately 9800 patients are able to access general medical services from our highly trained and professional medical staff. Appointments are available with any of the 5 GPs, 3 practice nurses, and 1 health care support worker. In support of the medical staff, we have a team of 10 administration staff.

We also have a full complement of trust employed health visitors & district nurses available from the surgery.
