From 1st April 2011 Welsh Health Estates became part of the NHS Wales Shared Service Partnership and is now NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership - Facilities Services.

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership - Facilities Services is an all-Wales NHS organisation committed to promoting and facilitating the delivery of high standards in patient care in Wales through the built environment. At the core of our work is the belief that the built environment plays a crucial role in patient care and the patient experience.

Our stated mission is “to champion modern and sustainable healthcare environments”.

All the services formerly provided by Welsh Health Estates continue under the new name.
