Clwyd Community Health Council is an independent body which monitors NHS services in the County Council areas of Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham in North-East Wales.

The three counties have a combined population of over 405,000 - over half of the population of North Wales - and cover around 180,000 hectares. The Community Health Council is divided into three Area Committees, one covering each County.
