Conwy East CHC

This is the organisation which monitors local NHS services for patients in the Conwy East area. We are a council of lay members, some nominated by voluntary bodies, some councillors elected by local people, and some of us appointed by the National Assembly for Wales.

We are here to help the general public and patients with information and help about the NHS. Please contact us if you need any advice or assistance, and we will steer you in the right direction to get the help that you need.
