Public Health Wales Observatory
The Public Health Wales Observatory is a small team within Public Health Wales. Staff are skilled in public health data analysis, evidence finding and knowledge management. The Observatory is the place where decision makers and the public can obtain useful public health information about the people of Wales.The Public Health Wales Observatory is one of the 12 members of the UK and Ireland Association of Public Health Observatories (APHO).
The Public Health Wales Observatory was formed with the amalgamation of the health intelligence functions of the former National Public Health Service for Wales and the Wales Centre for Health.
