Purpose of the website
The Health in Wales website is for and about the NHS in Wales.
The aim of the site is to provide links to information from NHS Wales and partner organisations about the health of the population in Wales and the health and social care services we provide.
Content for "Health in Wales" is the responsibility of the Wales Centre for Health. Website support and development is provided by Health Solutions Wales
Content pages and links are being added so please check back regularly.
Some features of the site
Colour-coding
You will notice we use colour coded link bullets to sign-post sources of information:
- NHS Wales and other NHS UK services links
- NHS Direct Wales (for links to the patient centred portal)
- External link s used for primarily for links to Welsh Assembly Government health policy, campaigns, initiatives and statistics but also trusted external partner organisations.
We follow this through with colour coded Related information boxouts appearing on the right hand side of the :
